Drawn slowly,built to last.

DKA is a design and build practice working from India across the global south and Europe, founded in 1998 by Dalip Khurana and now led by his son, Arun. Every project begins in plan and section: the quiet decisions about light, proportion, and the way a room is entered, long before a surface.

The work is contextual by instinct and innovative by intention, shaped first by its place and the people who will use it. Holding design and construction in the same hands means what is drawn is what gets built; what stays is what was considered.
