The corporate office for Pay 10, designed as a single open floor plate organised around a continuous timber bench running its full length. The bench is reception, waiting, informal meeting, and a place to set down a laptop, a workspace that lets people sit alongside one another instead of always opposite.
Glazed cabins line the long edge facing the city; the bench faces the quieter inner wall. The lighting is detailed in three tiers, a ceiling plane, a task layer, and a low warm wash along the bench, so the space softens predictably as the day turns into evening.
